No website? No problem.
Last week I dedicated the TBB issue to the topic of SEO. And judging by the number of emails opened and article clicks, I struck a chord with you.
But today, I'll tell you what you can do to attract private pay clients without a website altogether.
That's not to say that you shouldn't have a website, but if you're in the process of building one or don't have a lot of experience online yet, this method is for you.
This simple (but not easy!) 5-step approach is a little less digital and a little more... well, human.
Alcoholism Statistics
385 people die every day in the United States because of excessive alcohol consumption. This statistic is part of the report that shows Alcoholism Statistics by country, demographics, Industry, etc.
Here are some of the numbers that stood out to me:
Single fathers and single mothers are respectively excessive drinkers at 9.3% and 6.3%.
In the United States of America, 50% of adults with immoderate drinking habits received treatment from self-help.
People earning between 30K-60K have the highest percentage of alcohol consumption every day.
City Living Mental Health
A recent study from Nature Medicine has examined the impacts of urban living on mental health.
The research focused on adults between 41 and 77 years of age and included 156,075 participants, mostly from urban areas.
What even a seasoned therapist can't handle
The Times recently covered a shocking story about sexual violence against men during the war in Ukraine.
The story focused on two castrated soldiers and the shock their 41-year-old Psychologist, Anzhelika Yatsenko got while working with them.
Yatsenko revealed that even with her extensive experience working with trauma victims, she couldn't contain her emotions hearing about the atrocities in these men's stories.
$14.4 Million Grants
Governor Newsom of California has awarded $14.4 Million in grants to boost the state's behavioral health workforce.
The plan is to grow the workforce by nearly 3,300 personnel through training and placement programs.
The Takeaway
This issue was dedicated to the topic of marketing without algorithms.
With a wide range of sophisticated marketing tools available, we often forget that the basis of working with someone is human connection.
Having systems and automation is great, but so is having quality relationships that can support you and refer to you.
